Our program is for adults ages 18 to 59 with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services through CVRC. It serves male and female adults who are ambulatory or non-ambulatory, including people who need support with self-care and with medical or behavioral needs.
Placements are coordinated with the person, their family or representative, and their CVRC service coordinator. Program review is a conversation about the person’s preferences, support needs and the home’s scope.
Admissions are by CVRC referral only. We do not accept private placements.
Our approach

We start with the person: what matters to them, how they communicate, and the support they need in daily life.
Respect, preferences and participation guide conversations with the people we support and their teams.
Our approach values connection with the wider community and opportunities to participate in everyday life.
We focus on supporting self-care and everyday skills at a pace that respects each person’s needs and choices.
A small, staffed residential setting supports a focus on safety, familiarity and personal routines.
