These forms are intended for general inquiries only. Secure handling of medical or health-related documentation is provided through a separate, dedicated process — not the public website.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, check availability, evaluate a referral, or otherwise communicate with you about Joy in Caring’s residential care services.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with our staff and, where necessary and appropriate, with third parties involved in a resident’s care or admission process (such as referral partners you have identified).
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate business records.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Authenticated referrals and documents
Approved referral partners can create cases and view permitted updates. Staff notes are private to authorized staff. When document intake is enabled, files are validated, malware-scanned and stored in private encrypted object storage. Access and sensitive actions are logged. Do not use ordinary contact forms or email for medical records.
Providers and optional communications
The site is hosted through Hostinger. Depending on configuration, authorized service providers support database hosting, encrypted AWS storage, document scanning, SMTP email, Twilio text messages and Google Calendar. Optional SMS requires consent and can be stopped by replying STOP. Appointment reminders contain basic scheduling information, not medical records.
Cookies and third-party content
Staff and partner portals use necessary authentication cookies. Optional Google Analytics loads only after your permission on selected public pages; query strings and form contents are excluded. You can change cookie preferences through the website. Google Fonts, Maps and any embedded facility videos may receive network information when loaded. Social links open the corresponding service.
California privacy requests
California visitors may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We verify requests and respond according to applicable obligations and recordkeeping requirements. This notice does not represent certification under any privacy or healthcare standard.
